Born in 1950, my interest in photography started when I was presented with a Kodak Instamatic 126 camera

as a young teenager.  From there I bought a Zenith ‘E’ SLR - the eyepiece lens is still used by me as a magnifier!

My present work is primarily the production of limited-edition Canvas Prints for Office or Home.

I very much enjoy travel and the opportunities this gives me to bring back  not only ‘classic’ shots of places,

but also those shots showing fine detail and local colour, as well as wonderful architectural gems.

I also like to photograph people and animals, either in formal portraits,

or candid shots capturing a relaxed ‘moment’.

 

My video work so far includes 3-camera live band shoots, a fundraiser for a horse charity,

Training/Instruction/Information films, Video titling sequences,

and on-line sales films for a flat rental company.  Please see video page for some short samples.

 

I am also a musician, and perform with a red electric violin

(custom-made by myself), on which I play an eclectic mix of music, including rock.
